Although Reiki is enough as standalone therapy, sharing here some therapies which can add more benefit to it.

Practicing Reiki in Nature with Fresh Air:

Best to practice Reiki in Garden/Balcony/Terrace etc. where one can feel energetic on all levels of Physical, mental and emotional levels. Moreover, when you are indoors, would help to keep area ventilated (open windows). This in turn helps in better removal of Chakra blockages.

Practicing Reiki with Sunlight:

Best to practice Reiki with early morning sunlight, which would help in revitalizing energy and provide much required nourishment. This can help in better balancing of Fire element.

Practicing Reiki with Breathing exercises:

Proper Breathing exercise helps in overall health and metabolism. Practicing Reiki with them helps in channeling energy better and maintain equilibrium

Practicing Reiki after drinking glass of water: 

Water is a good source of purification. Along with Reiki, it can improve in strengthening of digestive and excretory systems. In case of kidney stones and severe constipation, Reiki has been proved helpful where hydrotherapy alone was not enough.
